Recently, I’ve become conscious of what I put on my skin. There are a lot of things in our creams and moisturizers that our skin does not need or things that are not good for the skin.
A few of these ingredients include parabens, phthalates, lead, parfum, dyes, colors, etc.
To remedy this, I opted out of buying creams and moisturizers from the shelves in the supermarket. I decided that making my own moisturizer way the only option I had to ensure that I know what I’m putting on my skin as well as ensuring that my skin gets all the good stuff it needs by adding ingredients that it needs into the moisturizer/ cream.
